Refund policy

At DoriStori, we take great pride in the care and craftsmanship behind each handmade product. As every item is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, but we want you to love your purchase. Please read the details of our exchange and cancellation policies below.

At DoriStori, every product is handcrafted and made-to-order with great care. As a result, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We have no return policy

📦 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at hello.doristori@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos clearly showing the issue

If approved:

  • You must delivered the item back within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

🛠️ Replacement products will be shipped within 7–10 working days once the return is received and approved.

🚫 No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Courier delays
  • Dislike of color, design, or size

Note: As each piece is handmade, minor variations in color, stitching, or print are natural and not considered defects.

🔁 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • After 2 hours, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.

📬 Return Shipping for Approved Exchanges

Once your exchange is approved, we will share the return address via email.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid any lost parcels.
